• You agree to comply with this User Agreement and all applicable policies.

• Continued use of the platform after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Nature of the Service
• Jodi Mubarak is an online matrimonial platform intended to facilitate introductions and communication between individuals and families seeking marriage relationships.
• Jodi Mubarak is not a dating service and does not guarantee that any member will find a compatible partner, enter into a relationship, become engaged or marry as a result of using the platform.
• While we may perform certain verification and moderation activities, members remain responsible for independently evaluating and verifying information provided by other members.

4. Eligibility
• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to use Jodi Mubarak.
• You must use the platform for genuine matrimonial purposes and provide truthful and materially accurate information.

5. Account Registration and Verification
• Members may be required to verify their email address and mobile number and may be asked to complete additional verification procedures.
• Verification of an email address, mobile number, photograph or identity document does not constitute a guarantee that every statement made in a member's profile is accurate.

6. Member Responsibilities
Members are responsible for:
• Maintaining accurate profile information;
• Keeping account credentials secure;
• Protecting OTP and verification codes;
• Communicating respectfully;
• Independently assessing prospective matches; and
• Reporting suspicious or inappropriate behaviour.

7. Prohibited Conduct
Members must not:
• Create fake or misleading profiles;
• Impersonate another person;
• Harass, threaten or abuse other members;
• Send sexually explicit or inappropriate material;
• Request money or engage in financial solicitation;
• Promote investment, cryptocurrency or business opportunities;
• Send spam or advertisements;
• Collect another member's personal information without permission;
• Attempt to bypass platform security;
• Use the service for unlawful purposes; or
• Use Jodi Mubarak primarily for dating, casual relationships, commercial solicitation or purposes unrelated to genuine matrimonial introductions.

8. Membership and Fees
• Certain Jodi Mubarak features may require a paid membership. Prices, membership duration and included features will be displayed before purchase.
• By purchasing a membership, you authorise the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.

9. Cancellation and Refunds
• Membership cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy and any non-excludable rights available under applicable consumer law.

10. Member Interactions
• Jodi Mubarak provides technology that enables members to discover and communicate with other members. Jodi Mubarak is not a party to personal communications, relationships, engagements, marriages or arrangements made between members.
• Members are responsible for exercising reasonable care and conducting their own verification before meeting, sharing personal information, making commitments or entering into any financial or personal arrangement.

11. Suspension and Termination
• Jodi Mubarak may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the member has breached these Terms, violated our Community Guidelines, created a risk to other members, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or used the platform for purposes inconsistent with a genuine matrimonial service.

12. Identity Verification

• Refusal to verify may result in account restrictions or termination.

13. User Conduct
All users must act responsibly. Prohibited behavior includes (but is not limited to):

14. No Guarantee of Match

• If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and a non-excludable right or remedy under applicable consumer law, the applicable consumer law will prevail to the extent of that inconsistency.

24. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia and the applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.
• Subject to any rights a consumer may have under applicable consumer protection laws, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia and any courts having jurisdiction to hear appeals from those courts.
• Nothing in this section is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available to a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
